Louis, our plumber with TPS, has always arrived on time, thoroughly explained the plumbing issue at hand, cost and billing has always been upfront and transparent, and clear explanations of the work to be done has always been a reassuring Factor. The many services provided have always been fully explained and reviewed at the end of the job. Louis, who travels with an apprentice, has provided service from simple change of a faucet aerator to a much more involved replacement of old and corroded copper piping to a much needed PEX replacement. The upgrade included shower valve replacement, new PEX hot and cold water lines with shut offs, a new drainage line from the bathtub to the main drain and replacement of a leaky exterior faucet. The project was neat and organized from beginning to end, clean up at the end of the job left no trace of old parts or packaging. At the end of the project, we toured all installations, all new work, with time for questions and approval of the job(s). Six stars out of five! read less

Lewis got back to me right away, came within a day, and proceeded to fix my faucet and my downstairs toilet. A few months later I had a leak in a different part of the house, and he came that same day to check it out and fix it! There was leaking from somewhere behind the wall (yikes). Every place I called quoted $50-100 simply for diagnostics. I called Lewis at Permanent Solutions and not only did he offer a free quote, but ran diagnostics with me over the phone, instructing me how to remove the shower valve and explaining what I was looking for. He was very responsive, professional, and friendly throughout the process, and I felt his quote was reasonable based on what I read on google. I also loved the technology he uses. Everything was digitized from quotes to payments and receipts. I even got up-to-date texts when he was en route to my residence. But the very best part was how quickly he worked. I was crunched with a deadline and he moved things in his schedule to accommodate finishing the work with plenty of time to spare. Truly appreciated, and I would use him again. read less

We needed a non-emergency water heater replacement, he came out the next day to give a quote and scheduled us the same week. His professionalism was top-notch, but I was most impressed with his positive attitude and can-do approach to the work. We weren't able to move our cars from the driveway as the battery died due to lights. That means he had to move the old water heater up over and down some steps to get it to his van, rather than easily roll it down the driveway, but no complaints from Lewis. He wasn't even planning to ask us to move the cars - just went about his work positively and efficiently! Perhaps this is too detailed, but it was a great experience and I encourage you to hire him! read less
